At Balanced Rhythm Natural Health, naturopathic and functional medicine is personalized, focused, and designed to meet you where you are. Under the direction of Dr. Amanda Ellis, care combines thoughtful clinical evaluation, targeted testing, and individualized treatment strategies to address the underlying factors influencing how you feel and function.

Our areas of focus include naturopathic health care, equestrian integrative health care, peptide therapy, metabolic health and body composition, thyroid health, gut health, nervous system regulation, hormone optimization, inflammation and autoimmune conditions, pain and recovery, and longevity.

Care here is intentionally straightforward. Schedule the service you need, receive a focused evaluation, and move forward with recommendations tailored to your goals. Follow-up care is available when you need it, without requiring enrollment in a predetermined program or long-term care structure.

While Balanced Rhythm is particularly known for working with women, equestrians, and athletes, care is available to all individuals seeking a thoughtful, integrative approach to optimizing their health.

Dr. Amanda Ellis, NMD

As a lifelong equestrian and athlete, Dr. Amanda Ellis has cultivated a deep understanding of the body, movement, and peak performance. Having experienced and recovered from multiple serious injuries and chronic illnesses through her own life and athletic journey, she was inspired to become a naturopathic physician and create Balanced Rhythm Natural Health to support like-minded people who are intentional, driven, and discerning. She combines clinical expertise with a refined approach to wellness, guiding each patient toward energy, balance, and effortless vitality. Every aspect of the experience is designed to honor the individuality, ambition, and high standards of the wonderful patients she serves.

Dr. Ellis holds a Bachelor of Science in Health Promotion and a Doctoral degree in Naturopathic Medicine. She serves patients across Arizona virtually and in-person in Scottsdale, Arizona.
