While we have a strong foundation in caring for equestrians and female athletes, this practice is designed for ALL women who are ready to move forward with intention. As a lifelong equestrian and athlete, Dr. Amanda Ellis has cultivated a deep understanding of the body, movement, and peak performance. Having experienced multiple injuries and chronic illnesses through her own athletic journey, she was inspired to become a naturopathic physician and create Balanced Rhythm Natural Health to support like-minded women who are intentional, driven, and discerning. She combines clinical expertise with a refined approach to wellness, guiding each patient toward energy, balance, and effortless vitality. Every aspect of the experience is designed to honor the individuality, ambition, and high standards of the women she serves.
