Viva Med Suites in Scottsdale, Arizona at 9700 N 91st Street in Suite A-115

The new location offers a more elevated environment, improved accessibility, and a space designed to support the focused, program-based care our patients expect.

All appointments moving forward will take place at our Scottsdale location. Patients with upcoming visits will receive updated details, including address and arrival instructions, along with their scheduling confirmations.
