When she’s not in the clinic or at the stables with her horses, Dr. Ellis embraces a rich, creative life. She loves drawing, painting, glasswork, and has recently taken up printmaking, with hopes of revisiting ceramics, sculpture, and textile arts in the near future. An enthusiastic home cook, she delights in creating beautiful, nourishing meals and gathering loved ones for evenings filled with good food, laughter, and meaningful connection.
